I have an old Pickwick drum plucker. I'm trying to find replacement plucker fingers for it but all I can find is plucker fingers for 3/4" holes, and my plucker has 1/2" or possibly 5/8" holes. Does anyone know where I can find the proper replacement fingers?

You might try this Pickwick Picker Finger. The ad says the original Pickwick Plucker had 7/8 inch fingers. They have a help line at 336-818-2682. Maybe call them and give them your Pickwick model. They sell other brand fingers as well.

Might have to manufacture your own parts. One of things that fascinated me as a young adult fresh out of Highschool working on a far before I went out to basic training was that when something broke on the farm they didn't go to the store to get parts, they made them out of scraps the collect. Ofcourse my next job was in the US Navy and there is no store on the ship. I have never seen such resourcefulness since those 2 jobs in life. Every place I worked since people only did their job description or called in someone else to fix things.
If for some reason you need to manufacture new fingers the Rubber from those thick black Bungee cords work for making DIY pluckers and possibly its material you can work with if it comes down to that.
Hope you do not have to go that far but I thought I would bring that up just in case it does.

Sounds like every other project I get into around my house. I lost count of the number of one time tool modifications or one time use special tools I have made over the years. Having said that, a quick phone call to that company might save the OP hours of trying to retrofit parts to his Pickwick Plucker. I hope they can help him.

As many of you, I modify about everything. Sometimes I buy something, only to modify it for my specific needs. Ugh.
Such is life.
Anyway,
I may wind up drilling these existing holes to except the 3/4" fingers, debir them, and replace with the readily available fingers.
But I'd love to simply find the proper size and be done with it.

I put a call into the above vendor (mentioned by someone else) and will keep you posted.

Well, I called Cornerstone and asked about the pickwick plucker I have, with 5/8" holes. He said that I will need the 3/4" plucker fingers.
Doesn't make sense to me but oh well. I'll try them and see how it goes.
