I agree Houdi IS a dudie, especially factoring he has lighter plummage than the others.

These are two hens I sold based on lack of penciling.

Based on the article from the Plymouth Rock newsletter in regards to breeding for color, should these birds have been used in sppr breeding program?

No these pullets/Hens should not be used for a breeding program (unless they are vey young and just undergoing there fist molt?, i am not sure what colour the pullets are after there first molt, my first pullet i am raising is not a month old yet)
