here is a pic of the SP/P cross male I had over my SP females a few years back. This cross will give you approx. 50-50 of each variety.

AWESOME!!! Thanks!!! That does help, have you had any F2 generation with this cross??
 
Yes I did have F2 with the cross. The progeny would come out either SP or Partridge. The SP males would have a little tinge of brown on them but not alot. Used this to improve the type of the SP very successfully.
