My barred rock roo was having a walk around the garden before bed with his girls when he got eaten by a fox. Miss him already

HI Robert

Plenty over here!

Started collecting eggs for hatching, hoping to get a batch in next Friday. Weather here still rubbish (not 77).
I will give you the info on this soon pictures etc.
I love the Columbian Rocks, they are rare here in LF but quite a few bantams.
These threads seem to be going all over the place need to get back to the serious stuff, breeding quality birds.
Thank goodness we don't have hatchery Rocks here just good ones and bad ones!
Happy New Year

Britrock

I'll try to get a copy of the Plymouth Rock Year book to you, be in touch.

Got the figures from this years Yearbook, breeding birds belonging to club members 130.

LF Columbian 6 males 15 females in total in our club
Bantams 9 males 33 females

Not as many as I thought

I do like your Delawares which look similar but a little nicer I think.

Thank you. I got a copy of the Rhode Island Red CLub year book very nice issue. I wrote a article for them on Breeding Reds. First class they only have 75 members but still produced a nice year book. Thanks for the pictures. bob
