Plymouth Rock w/ droopy comb & diarrhea

Hello,
One of my chickens has had a droopy comb (doesn't appear pale though) for several weeks now and does not appear to be laying eggs like my other 4 hens. I noticed today that she's definitely having diarrhea too. They're all about 7 months old. She eats and drinks and mingles w/ the other chickens & doesn't appear to be in distress otherwise. Any suggestions on treatments or concerns I should have for her? This is my first flock, and its going well so far except for this little illness and a few episodes w/ the neighbors pit-bull slaying a few when they were chicks

Some chickens just have droopy combs. Are you sure she's even sick?

Based on what you described, i don't think i would be concerned at all.
