While I agree bird is mist likely BPR .....
FWIW, single combs can pop up in rose combed breeds, especially hatchery stock, the genetics are sometimes introduced when using other genetic contributors to tune another attribute with it being "bred out" in further generations, single is recessive so if two parent birds have the gene and are bred, offspring can end up with that single comb....quite common in wyandottes, especially hq, for example.
 
Yellow but she has black on them too. My Plymouth Rocks are only yellow.
The front of legs are called dark washed and it used to a sex linked trait that is not only common but probably included in the standard of perfection.

The difference between barred Rock and Plymouth barred Rock is just people shortening the name.
