She will drink and everything through a dropper, I've been giving it to her slowly. Can I give her some pureed chicken baby food?

You are talking about the kind of food, made from chicken meat, that people feed to human babies? Yes, that is fine if you want to.

You can also take ordinary chicken food and get it wet with water. Chickens often like it better wet (so she might eat it herself). Or you can get it runny enough to try giving through the dropper.
