Plz help! Third chicken is sick!!!

I need some help with a sick chicken I have and I don't know how to treat her. I first noticed she was sick yesterday and she's been walking slow, I noticed that her abdomen feels very tight and swollen, she's keeping to herself a lot, and she's having green/yellow diarrhea which is clumping up in her feathers. This happens to one of my chickens once a year and it's always the same symptoms. Two of them have died before and they're usually sick for about 2-3 weeks before they finally die. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me figure this out so I can possibly save her...Thank you.

It sounds like she may have an internal laying/reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis (EYP), Salpingitis, Ascites,cancer or tumors.
Sometimes you may be able to drain some of the fluid from the abdomen to give some relief or seek help from a vet. You can try treating EYP with antibiotics, but usually there is not much improvement.

You can also offer some poultry vitamins to help give her a boost. If she is seems slow, lethargic and not feeling well, she may also benefit from extra protein - offer scrambled/hard boiled egg, tuna, mackerel or meat.

Update: She seems to be doing much better than she was after feeding her a high protein diet She's walking around more, eating more, her feathers look healthier, and her abdomen doesn't feel nearly as swollen as before! Thank you again for your help^-^
