pointers/predator safe things we missed on new coop?!

I really want a camera but having trouble with anything I can access live as our wifi doesnt quite reach & out house is in a cellular dead patch (we use wifi calling in the house). All suggestions for cameras welcome!
We have the exact situation. We use Nest cameras. We have a Netgear wi-fi extender in the coop. The coop as about 100' behind the house. It's also nice to still get wi-fi on my phone when I am back there.

Is there a locking latch on the nest boxes? I didn't see one -- don't want to forget that!!

This is a *gorgeous* coop & run!!
Thank you soo much! We are building a new nesting box thats higher and square so for now we screwed this one shut (since they wont be laying for another couole months) & putting nee box on in a few weeks!

also—do you think the ventilation above nesting box looks right? theres a door that can cover the whole window & were making it so it can also leave a smaller amount of window open in winter (but we are so cal so its never toooo cold but we do get winds).

Only thing I would suggest is top hinging it instead, so it can be propped open to provide ventilation while protecting the opening from wind/rain.

I had the same problem...my wifi connection was not strong enough from my house to stay connected to a camera in my coop. I tried a Wyze outdoor camera and it disconnected from the wifi every few hours so it was basically useless. I got a new router and STILL had the same problem with the Wyze.
I recently got the Tapo outdoor 2K QHD camera and it has stayed consistently connected to the wifi since I installed it this weekend! It has two antenna built in so it's able to keep a stronger wifi connection. I've only had it for a few days and it's already stayed connected longer than the Wyze. I think the Wyze's image quality was slightly better but the connection issues made me return it. I also think the Tapo was about half the cost of the Wyze.
