poison help?

Does a poisoned chicken lay eggs? and if it does would the egg be poisoned? And can poison be easily transferred from a poisoned dead body to insects and and whatever eats it?

Could you be a little more specific? What kind of poison are we talking about here? I am curious about this one as well, but only in a hypothetical sense. I have read about chickens eating poisonous snakes, and I am curious if their eggs would be edible after ingesting something like that. Good luck finding answers. Sorry I can't be of any help.

okay well i dont know if she will lay eggs but dont eat them dispose them properly.

yea that's what iv been doing, i am not sure what the poison was called but it was white power and its the stuff they sell at the agricultural stores. I just need to know how long it takes the poison to leave the body and when i can start eating eggs again.
