No, you can't even breed them with ditto. They're in the No Eggs group and they never have eggs. It sucks, but that's to keep them rare I guess. Trust me, when I was young I tried.

Aww.... What about Mew and Mewtwo and stuff? Are they a no go? I know they have no gender buuuut i've seen Mew and Mewtwo with a gender (male/female) and the only way that could be achived is by breeding

Nah, those are hacked and not real pokemon caught in-game. No legendaries can breed, with the exception of manaphy which can be bred to produce phione.
