Poland owners: should I preemptively treat for cocci?

I'm new to polands. I have six five-week old bantams, just starting to come off of medicated chick crumb.

Someone on a Facebook poland group frightened me by saying polands are famously susceptible to cocci and she just goes ahead and treats them with Coxoid regardless. (In fact, the whole thread was people saying how their polands frequently just drop dead in the first few months. I had no idea!).

My six are lively and thriving. I've noticed a few light sneezes and the occasional runny poo (on my knee...thank you little bird!), but it could just be that I'm hyper alert for it.

Opinions?

I would have a coccidiostat on hand but you have already fed them medicated feed. Just watch them for signs of coccidiosis and treat if they show symptoms.
Any chicken breed exposed to an excess of coccidia protozoa are just as susceptible as the next breed to developing coccidiosis.

And a little sneezing (without congestion and/or runny nose) is ok - they can get dust in their nostrils while feeding. Normal runny poops are coecal poops - they happen regularly and are very stinky! Look for bright green, yellow, foamy, or bloody poops. Here's a site (from the Chocken Chick) that shows lots of helpful poop pics: https://the-chicken-chick.com/whats-scoop-on-chicken-poop-digestive/
You'd be surprised how often I look at poop pics! LOL!
