Polish being pecked

Hey, all! I have 10 5 week old hens of a variety of breeds. I noticed my white crested black polish with a bald spot. Never saw anyone pecking. But, applied blue kote to help healing and to stop pecking. Seems to have made pecking worse. Now I am actually seeing the I there's peck her. I am guessing I should separate her. Has anyone else had this problem with blue kote??

It's more likely the fact she is a polish with a fancy crest that is causing the pecking. Polish some times don't do well in mixed flocks and tend to be at the bottom of the pecking order. The fancy crests are like a magnet for other birds to peck at. I would certainly seperate her until she has healed as the pecking will make matters worse.
