Polish chick with heavy breathing

I got a wc black polish from tra tor supply. I originally thought it wasnt going to make it. Very stressed and gasping for air. But with a week of antibiotics it got better quickly. I noticed today it is laying down alot. And seems to breath with its whole body. I dont hear any noise when I listen to it breathing. Its eating and drinking but just seems more subdued than the others. No nasal discharge. It may be my imagination but its just seems a little off. Any thoughts.

Can you post some photos of your chick and her poop? A video may help too - upload to youtube and provide a link.

How old is your chick?
What antibiotic did you use to treat her?
Check to make sure her vent is not pasted over and that's she's not overheating.
Is she the only Polish? Could she have been picked on?

Do what you can to keep her hydrated and let us know how she's doing.
