Polish Crested Hen or Rooster?

This is our 12-week old Pierogi. We bought as a sexed female, but I’m suspecting male. Any thoughts are appreciated!

I'd agree with you, but surprised you haven't heard crowing yet! Male Polish tend to have very rockstar-esque hair, whereas the females have much rounder poofy crests. You can also see a rich shiny green and curvature of the feathers on his saddle, but weirdly don't see any baby spurs either.

None at all, which is odd. Pierogi is bossier/feistier than our other hens (different breeds) too though, and from what I’ve read, the females of this breed tend to be more docile.
 
Looks like a Rooster to me, I think there are Saddle feathers shining through on the sides and a few hackles too. Plus that hair do is suggesting male.

That is a male, no doubt about it. Those large red wattles and that crest are a giveaway. He's a pretty little boy!
