I am thinking on getting a Polish, but they are not good in winter. Any good tips on getting them through winter. It is REALLY cold in North West Ga!

I got two polish few weeks ago, chics i live in Tennessee in the mountains, I put a heat light in my coop and cover there door during real cold weather, my polish have not gone thru a winter here yet, so I'm hoping they will do ok, but i have ole game banty, frizzles, cochins, SLW, and a few other mutts, they did fine this past winter, i also put vaseline on the roosters combs to prevent frost bite.... i think with a heat light and others to snuggle with the polish will do fine , least i hope so [IMG]
