I see a boy and two girls in the first shot, the last chick shown in the series being the boy. Quite definite, seeing that crest and also seeing the color patterning. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure on this one.

I am loving Buff polish! Here is a pic of a Lady's (here on BYC) Buff Polish that she got from Meyer hatchery. It looks really nice, especially the crest. Just wondering what everyone else thought since i am considering ordering from Meyer hatchery.

As much as I would love to have 2 I would be afraid to ship too even with the temps being perfect in my area. But they sure are beautiful Josh, some of the most beautiful I have seen...If I am ever in Texas or have a friend who is maybe that could work!
Well he's not a pure Polish, but this is my latest addition to the flock, a Houdan x Polish cockerel. I don't know how much people don't like the addition of Houdan in there, but, I'm adding it. This guy has amazing substance, weight, and meat on his bones. His fifth toe, squirrel tail, and large wattles will be bred out.
And on a purebred note, here's my three Tolbunt crosses. Now in case anyone is reading this and misunderstands, these are half Tolbunt half WCB Polish. I'm well aware of the white crest issue, but the weight, crest, lack of comb, good tail angle, and body over all from the WCB will really help as well as the unrelated parentage. The real Tolbunts from this project will not be around for another 1-3 generations and I'm hoping you understand.
These are F1 birds. I don't just breed GL x Tolbunt and go back to Tolbunts. These babies won't see a Tolbunt rooster, actually.
^ At the moment this one is my favorite, but I'm hatching more all the time. This girl is missing the cavernous nostrils because her Tolbunt father doesn't have any, well aware of that, but she's got a well "fanned" tail of practically perfect angle, a good body, and a certainly improved crest size, thanks to the WCB mother. The father to these girls lacks quite a few good traits, but I'm still keeping him. His brother does not lack so much though; however his brother's offspring are very young.
All three of these girls are from the same dad, all three still very young.
In other news, my two Gold Laced girls are molting and almost done. Here's a nice new "coat" on this girl. For breeding, to me, she's got a lot of issues but a couple really valuable traits too. I hatch a lot from her eggs, but sell most of them. Since most of her bad traits are heterozygous and not pure, I should get a small percentage of chicks I want to keep.
Here's her sister, bigger and meatier however she's got a squirrel tail. Boy is that hard to avoid without hitting other issues. She's also still molting. I do keep a lot of her offspring though. At least, til they reach 4 months, then I cull hard.
