I have a question. My boy toulouse is still missing his sickle feather? He has two really long outer feathers but no middle sickle? Any thoughts? will it never grow in? He is 11 months

Yay! I wanted a girl. She is so funny. I have 3 tiny BSL chicks and she just took them over. She is a great little leader.
Do all polish run fast? Mine is a mini roadrunner!!

I have to take my Polish Roo to a chicken swap tomorrow.
What kind of value do you put on a healthy 3 month old Rooster?
I'm hoping to sell him or swap for a couple young laying hens.
Any thoughts are appreciated!

Here is the proud silver laced rooster that is the dad to those chicks! Just took it with my phone so I don`t know how good it looks. Got to love the polish!

Nine days old. Only chick to hatch out of 24 shipped eggs. Uggggggh. Any guesses? Pullet? Cockerel? Color? She/He carries a frizzle gene. Or so I was told.

Don't know what color it is, but it doesn't just carry the frizzle gene. It is a frizzle.
