Looks to be a bit early. Beak is a bit red at the top and near the wattle so I'm guessing cockerel. The crest looks feminine but that's not very accurate method. I would say wait a few weeks and repost.
It actually does look more like a pullet from its build, but the way its feathers on its head are growing, it has some signs like pullet and some like cockerel. I'd guess it's a pullet though...let's see what others say@cukuriku and @jenniferlamar70

From these pictures I have to agree pullet. The wattles look way less red in the natural light. I do agree the crest looks more male but I think by now the wattles would look more red. I'm not sure of the color but definitely not silver laced. Maybe mottled.
