Sort of what I thought, I used too have half a dozen Russian Orlofft and I thought they were beautiful. But I understand when people are proud of their breed, And i guess It sounded like I was implying that they weren't purebred. (Which I wasn't in the lest bit).

Gorgeous

I have a problem. My polish were laying when they were shipped a month ago. My silver polish stopped laying, they were fertilized. But my wc polish lay 5 a week yet they are not fertilized. My wc roo is not doing his thing.
How do I motivate them so I can get some babies?
have a candle lite dinner...

Did you decide to sell your Tolbunt Polish pair? If so, how much and will you ship them to Kansas?
Thank You, Martha

I figured this is as good a place as any to start asking...does anyone have any nice quality LF bearded buff laced hatching eggs for sale? I want to raise some purebred wives for my Bowie man!

Thanks, Katja

I need some advice from experienced Polish owners. I bought a Buff Laced Polish hen over a month ago, and this girl will not stay close to the coop and is completely spazy when I step close to her. I only let my chickens out of the coop when I am standing there, and I put them back up when I am ready to go back inside. Ever since I bought this Polish, my chickens haven't been able to get much free range time because Buff will run off, and I have to run a mile (literally) to chase her back down. I even tried putting her in a smaller run while the others got some out time, but she managed to slip by me (by jumping over me) and took off yet again. I can't let her come back when she is ready because Labelle (GL Polish) cannot free range, and I don't have a second coop to put Buff in or use. I bought her and a White-Crested (not much of a white crest) Black Polish I named Ravyne. She is much more calm and I let her free range with my others. Buff doesn't want anything to do with my flock. She does her own thing and runs if any one gets close. Is there anything I can do to get her used to me so I can let them all free range or should I cut my losses and sell her?
