Although it is unusual that she has not started laying yet, it is not unheard of. I'm not sure how the weather is where you are but my Polish haven't laid since September and my last years hatch girls( June) have not laid an egg yet. it has been pretty cold here and i do not artificially light the barn. these conditions will inhibit the egg laying process. if she is scrawny you may want to bump up her protein level.
I would give her at least til the Spring to come around before you make any decisions.

I just went to a show and took a picture of him. I WISH he was mine though.

I have 3 WC Blues and 3 WC Blacks and ALL OF them have color leakage in their top knots.

Looks like I only ended up with two pullets out of the six. I'm going to keep around the nicest WC blue roo just for fun.

Wish I could tell if the surviving Sultan was a male or female.

Jury is still out on the four silver laced.

Looks like two pullets and one roo with the buff laced.
