My little SLP of only two weeks is already the smartest and sweetest of the 6 I have. When I put my hand in the brooder box, and say "Here chick chick", she comes running and jumps in my hand. The others gathers around her at a safe distance. I hope so stays that friendly. She was the first to try everything and figure out the chicken nipples!

She is so adorable! Does she have a name yet?

They are ALL named, of course. I only have 6. Georgette is my only Polish though. I decided on that breed at the last minute and so glad I did. She has a big personality. I named her in honor of my husband, George. He was very amused.

I've heard glp + blp+ spangled bird (crested fh, sp.sussex, jb. orp.) = Tolbunt

Got 2 GL Pullets as chicks 1 is frizzle & just got a Roo w/ blonde for this very purpose

Gonna trade a guy some porcelains for crested flower hens

Then all I'd need is a Buff laced Roo!

I just showed my wcb polish on monday and got first with my cockerel and 2nd with my pullet and 2nd with my hen! The sister to the young ones, my brother showed, got first to my pullet! She even one reserve grand champion over all fancy and I won 3rd over all with my cockerel! (First place was a black east indie duck or drake, she had one of each...)

Thanks! We will be entering them in ohio national, where we bought their 3 moms for 150 dollars!!! Just one of them was 100!!

Anyone want a mean golden sebright for breeding or anything? Im sure if you handled him more he would fet more calm. He is too big for his breed though! And didnt place.
