they're so gorgeous! I didn't know they could be so colorful. I hope they go to a good person.

we are actually going to sell them as a pair. We arent sure on the price yet and when we will sell them, but I hope so too, the male is gentle.

I don't know! I am so excited to see them feather. Maybe #8 is red instead of buff laced? New little feathers look orange.

Here's a pic of my Tolbunt babies. I think # 1 is a Tolbunt. Mine all have such different colors. Some look more red than others.

10 week old white crested black polish - boy or girl?

She looks just like our Vera, who is definitely a girl. She is 12 weeks old now, & her black feathers just developed the 'beetle sheen' in the sunlight, which I've read about Australorps & Black Orpingtons having, but I didn't know our White Crested Black Polish would get. It's so pretty! Where is yours from? Do you see any saddle feathers developing?

if you are talking about me, the hen isnt holdable from my experience, but she is still nice. I recommend if someone buys them, they get specs for the male, over the summer he has been a little agressive at her, but it is calming down now. Now that egg season is over.

She came from Murray McMurray. I don't see any saddle feathers. I had ordered three WCBP but two were DOA. ( We had 5 altogether that arrived dead, heartbreaking experience ) Since she's the only surviving Polish I'm glad everyone is leaning towards pullet.

Yes it was to you.. I was just wondering...my male is super calm and will even take to my fingers but the hen hisses and bites...super rude...I love him but she's gotta chill or go! I'm thinking about getting a couple new juv. hens this fall and selling her next spring.
