Polish Tolbunt Frizzy Hen or Roo

I raised my first batch of polish chicks. was hoping for more Tolbunts but my mail eggs didn't hatch many. Anyway, I did get 1 polish Tolbunt Roo, 1 polish Golden laced, 1 golden laced hen and 1 silver hen and this Polish Tolbunt Frizzy. I just can't tell if it's a roo or hen. also, if I breed the Tolbunt Roo with my silver and Golden laced what would the offspring look like. if the frizzy is a hen (hopefully) and she is breed with the tolbunt roo will I be able to get more Tolbunts?

That is a pullet

The Tolbunt crosses would yield 100% Tolbunt, 50% frizzled

The Tolbunt x Silver would yield gold, silver and yellowish semi-laces offspring
