Polish with growth on nostril

I just notice my girl Phyllis looks like this today. It doesn't seem to be weeping and she doesn't seem to be bothered by it. She breathes normally. Should I leave it alone or try to do something?

i have seen polish with a bumb but that does look odd

now sure what it is though
