They referred to the 2nd Amendment as " the accursedly misinterpreted Second Amendment to the US constitution"

I'll admit I had to look up the definition of accursedly.

adjective 1. under a curse; doomed; ill-fated. 2. damnable; detestable.
ac·curs·ed (-kûr s d, -kûrst) also ac·curst (-kûrst) adj. 1. Abominable; hateful: this accursed mud.

Oh well.

But they only called the 1st Amendment a weakness.

"In the US, the weakness is founded in the free-speech First Amendment (the one just above the right to bear arms)."

that was my point. It is violence, not the specific tool. Bombs, gasoline, hammers, knives, knife wielding people on airplanes...

Did you see that Chrysler is going to manufacture Jeeps in China and Russia? So, I guess that "the lie of the century" that the Democrats accused Romney of telling, really it was true.

I suspect that Fiat/Chrysler will eventually withdraw all manufacturing from the US.

Sadly, people voted for generous unemployment benefits, food stamps and welfare rather than jobs. It looks like our nation is hooked on the opium of social welfare. This will not end well.
 
I think shipping cost is the issue here. They have been producing Jeeps in Egypt for a long time. VW just built there first US factory in many years. It is in Chattanooga. Cost of shipping something that big is more than the cost of running more factories. But then if I ran a car company, I would have shut down US plants years ago to get out from under the auto workers union.
