Oddly, one of the things that Pena Nieto says he is going to do is re establish passenger rail service in the country and build a metro in Monterrey. I will believe it when I see it.

I agree. I'm a Judge & ignorance of a law is not a valid defense in a US Court, I expect that's true elsewhere.
 
So how about time magazine making Obama person of the year? I personally disagree with it and think someone else should have gotten it. Soldier, teacher, or even the girl who took a bullet for freedom. Malala Yousafzai. Time magazine had some pretty bad nominees.

Not to hijack but what is up with Hillary not being able to testify because of a concussion? This woman wants to be president...
