Polkies!? Show me your Polish Silkie crosses 😍

I am going to have Polkie babies soon, my Polish Roosters were just a bit to rough so I settled on a silkie Rooster that needed a new home Please post pictures if you have any Polish Silkie crosses!

I'll enjoy seeing your 'designer' chicks! I do not have any Polkies, but I have Sprights, an intentional cross of Spitzhauben/Sebright. I think they have the best of both breeds.
What colors are your rooster and hens?

This is Kinoko, white silkie dad, white capped black polish mom.
She is one month old now. Super friendly.

Just took this photo of Kinoko now so you can see the developing crest. Kind of an interesting combination of the two crest types, polish and silkie.

Absolutely stunning!! Talk about designer people would pay money for that cross!

My Rooster is a Black silkie and the Polish hens are black and/or grey white crested!

Thanks! With the colors you have you will likely end up with solid black or solid blue (grey) chicks. May or may not have a bit of white in the crest, but nothing like the polish mamas.

I will! Waiting a couple weeks for him in quarantine then I'll start to collect eggs when I see the bulls eye! Hoping by beginning of summer I will have some hatched!

Kinoko is 4 months old now and just awesome. Makes the same creaky noises her mom does instead of clucking.
