Legal here. Working on constructing a small farm on 18.5 acres of nice rural WV. We have poultry now, but hope to add pigs in 2011 and goats in 2012!

I'm pushing the envelope of an outdated ordinance. I am on the Planning & Zoning Commission, however...

I live in a small town where we mostly don't feel we need to tell people what to do with their own property, unless it has an obvious negative effect on their neighbors. I love the country!

Leagle Beagle up here in Vermont. Come to think of it, there's not much you can't do up here.....though it does make me think of 2 funny laws that we have

1 states that a women can not have ALL her teeth removed without written consent from her husband

and the 2nd is that "Public Nudity" is completly LEGAL as long as you leave you home naked to start.
