I’m changing my answer. I’m pretty sure conduit comes in 5’ lengths. So those are two 6’ posts, one buried 12” and the other buried 8” because they hit a root.
I’ll probably change my answer again after another cup of coffee.

Yes it is 6 BUT to be fair it’s kind of a trick question because it’s taken on a hill and also the dirt inside is about a foot high, at least in the center/right side of pen, lower on left, so it’s a few inches shy of 6 if taken from the outside so you weren’t entirely wrong hahah

Second cup of coffee finished so I’m changing my answer again.
I thought you could buy a 5’ stick of 3/4” conduit at a big box store. They come in 10’ lengths. So, if those are two 10’ horizontal sticks then someone cut a 10’ stick to 4’ for the verticals which would leave that 2’ piece that’s laying on the ground. So 4’ tall.
