Second cup of coffee finished so I’m changing my answer again.
I thought you could buy a 5’ stick of 3/4” conduit at a big box store. They come in 10’ lengths. So, if those are two 10’ horizontal sticks then someone cut a 10’ stick to 4’ for the verticals which would leave that 2’ piece that’s laying on the ground. So 4’ tall.

I am changing my vote based on how mine look super short in pics too but are actually taller. So I’m guessing 6’ now. Although those fence posts in the way back only look like 2’ to me but they are also far away so Elk is probably right about them being 3-4’
