If anything I'm advocating for those obscure breeders that deserve credit for the hard work that they're bringing into any type of endeavor.

And you are the only one making a deal out of it...not even the real breeders give a crap about being credited. As I stated before...maybe not everyone has ego problems like you do. I don't
 
My original comment was about having no beef with the ego of breeders...and the other point was if you sell your animals and I breed them in my program THE OFFSPRING IS NOT YOUR LINE ANYMORE.! I said I can mention your line as being a tool in my program with no problem...but Anything beyond that is your deal

If you have spent 20 years creating your 'line' of chickens and are recognized for it then it is most definitely 'your' line. End of story.

If you read well you can notice I have no problem with saying my line was based off your stock...but when I breed the offspring is mine not yours... answer me this because Miami leghorns didn't...if I crossbreed your bought stock...is the offspring still your line?
