I like those ones. Raw, only. I just can't do cooked peppers. They really do take on a super acrid flavor that I can't rightly describe other than that.

I'll eat these little guys raw or cooked. I'll be stuffing these with a pork sausage, cream cheese, triple shredded cheddar, jalapeño mixture and baking them til everything is gooey.
