Oh I love these. To be honest the amount of sugars and calories in them is shocking for a raw vegetable though. I looked at the label and couldn't believe it at first.

Think of it as home Ec. You need a quality mayo for chicken salad.

But carrots, celery, broccoli, or whatever veggies you can find really adds filler so you are more satisfied, texture, and a nice flavor!

Also too lazy to go dig for a cheese grater, then have to wash it.

Since this is a mayo thread we gotta toss it in every now and then.

I've just mashed an avacado and used that in stuff instead of mayo or to you "others out there" MW.
