I'm jealous. I have a couple rusty old weights, a treadmill, and a weight stack. I can get by, but I'd kill for a setup like that.
I haven't cut rice, but that's essentially the last starchy food regularly in my diet. I'm not an expert on weights yet but I have a decent routine going—well, I've been insanely busy these last few weeks, so I haven't been too consistent with that.
