Looks great! Watch those perches for wear and make sure they're not eating the cotton fibres, which can cause crop impaction. And maybe consider switching to stainless steel dishes. I think we have the same cage, by the way. :love
Thanks for the tips!! Thankfully they’ve never really seemed interested in eating the perches, just playing on them, but I do have toys and chewy things too 🥰 I will say though that they’ve taken to eating this other perch I have which really concerns me so I may take it out? But they seem fine and use it a lot so idk. 🤔 it mostly seems to be the male eating it I think. Maybe it’s time for a new chew toy. 🤔

And thanks for the tip on the dishes! I was just using the ones it came with but I really don’t like them anyway and they also seem to have like a film or something on the plastic that’s hard to get off even with wiping tons, so I feel like stainless would be better and maybe healthier?

And yessss I love it! Gives them lots of room. :love

They use every inch of it lol

This is the perch I’m worried about.

That perch does look like its time is through. Various wooden and natural sisal-type rope chew toys may help keep them from destroying your perches. Foraging toys are MUCH better than things like mirrors, which can cause severe behavioural issues. I had one bird that basically developed psychotic symptoms due to mirror use. :(
Stainless steel bowls are better because they're easier to sanitize and harbour less bacteria. Even if you wash them frequently, plastic can still grow colonies of disgusting things which can decrease the lifespan of your bird. The only plastic feeder I have left is for their cuttlebone.

This is how I have my cage set up. It's a bit sparse on toys, but I have some on order since I had to get bird supplies anyway for my new finch cage. They really love that platform swing in the corner. I had such a hard time finding swings that didn't have that awful sandpaper material on it.
