i haven't made them in a while. i'm out of practice. in the kitchen the whole day too! i'm breaking for a coffee before i start messing it up.

Happy birthday to your son! And you deserve a celebration, too, for the day you became a mom. I always think it’s important for moms to get acknowledged on their kids’ birthdays. Motherhood is such an amazing journey, not for the faint of heart!

i will try to remember to take pics.
i fast froze them to keep their shape and colour until i cook them today. they aren't the prettiest ones i ever made. i filled a small bag of wonky ones that won't be served tonight

getting ready for the birthday easter dinner. i got the boy the box of... i don't even know what they are! i thought it would make him laugh. but i am just now looking at the box. foam shrimps? i thought they were sweets. i need to investigate this.
