The Polish mix looks like a cockerel. It looks like a homemade version of a Black Sex Link cockerel. Do you have a close-up photo of the black on standing on it's own? I'm pretty certain it's not 5 months old.

Those reddish pointy feathers in front of the tail base and just above the wings say he's a boy. They'll keep growing till they hang down over each side and will look like he's wearing a little saddle over the small of his back.

I've got 7 in the incubator. 6 more eggs coming in. One hen keeps acting like she wants to be broody. I got some fake eggs and she went and sat on them and got all fluffy for 2 hours then lost interest.
