What a beautiful flock!

One thought; if you are thinking of breeding these, you might want some male Pomeranians. Unless they are just for you, in which case it doesn't matter.
 
I have a pair that was suppose to be blue saddleback pomerian. But they don't fit that description well. They look more like FAROESE geese.

Hi all! I've been lurking here for the last few months since I first got interested in Pomeranian geese. This morning I collected 8 goslings from the post office: 3 Africans, 3 Grey and 2 buff Pomeranians. I can't believe how fluffy they are!

Would you consider a pair of Poms for a city (1/4 acre lot) backyard flock? Also, is it possible to have geese of different types, but I pen the geese and gander of the same type when you plan on breeding them?
 
Could it be possible he ( I'm still assuming) isn't a true pom? Or does he just have poor coloring? Would he be a bad breeding candidate due to this?
