Reduce the size of your flock to about 8-10, and you will notice a big reduction in the poop.
But not only will the poop be bad, but the flies will be terrible, to the point I don't think you will want to be out there.
But if you make a smaller flock, they will be happier in the run full time, and your back yard will be usable by the rest of you.
