I had pancakes this morning. Pancake turner stays in the house.

I have a different problem. I have a hen in isolation right now in a 30 x 36 wire pen. It has a vinyl covered welded wire floor, 1" squares. Her poops are so BIG they do not go through.....then they freeze....then she has all these poop balls all over the cage the size of ping pong balls.....frozen solid as a rock. I gathered up my courage....put my gloves on and picked them out of there by hand. The only thing to do was throw them out the barn door.

It's just a good thing hubby didn't walk back through the door while this was going on. Do you think he would have forgiven me if I had nailed him in the head with a frozen poop ball?
