Poop is weird please help!

I have this hen who isn't acting right. She's not really lethargic. She walks around, drinks, eats but... I saw her poop and it doesn't look right. The breed is an ISA Brown age 3. She's not laying as well. The other chickens are doing great. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

At 3 years old it's normal for chickens to lay a lot fewer eggs, especially production hens like these.

However, you know your chickens best and if she isn't acting right, then it is good that you are keeping an extra close eye on her! Best of luck.
