poop on eggs

hen had an accident on her eggs i took them and put them with my other eggs in the incubater cause she gave up on them they are on both on day 20 they made the incubater smell bad will it effect the clean eggs the dirty ones are moving and the clean ones

why would you move the eggs if they are just dirty. She won't abandon them. In fact you should have just left them there. Broodies do a much better job than bators in my experience.
