Poop picture-should I be concerned?

Definetly abnormal, and it you can afford to, having a vet look at it would be best. If I ad to guess, I would guess bacterial infection, coccidiosis, worms, or a combination of those.

I took a sample in today and we'll start with checking for cocci and worms. If that comes back negative I'll have to bring her in and go from there. There was a similar stool this morning though it looked better. More just like diarrhea without all the weird stuff in it.

So fecal came back negative for parasites. I did a quick check this morning and it looks like the poop was better. Although it was in the shavings and not on the poop board so harder to tell. I did find one poop which was formed but was very pale green. Like pastel green I guess? Greenish poop is normal for them since the spend much of their time foraging-but I'm not sure about this pale green. Usually it's dark. Any thoughts?

Can you post more pictures? Next step, if it still looks abnormal would be to have it tested for bacteria and/or yeast.

I can. I'll take another one when I go out this afternoon to clean. Unfortunately I think the vets going to make me take her in if I want more tests rather than just bringing in a sample. She's my flightiest one so that should be interesting.

Here's the funny colored one. It was lighter this morning when it was fresh.

I also have reservations about the competency of this vet though possibly wrongly so. It stems from her telling me late one afternoon that my duck was not ready to lay anytime soon and there was no egg in her abdomen and well she layed the next morning. Maybe it's hard to tell though. Am I being to hard on her?

Was she a avian vet or just a normal vet?
