Looks like shed intestinal lining but a little mucousy.
How old is the bird that provided the sample?

I will keep an eye on the whole flock since I am not sure which bird it is from. I found it this morning in the coop.

Agrees that is an intestinal shedding, nothing to worry about unless you see a lot of it continuously.

One of the best things about using a poop board is you get to examine them all as you clean daily.

Looks normal; coccidiosis poop tends to be bright and more splattered.
