Poor kitties

Thanks for saving them! I really wish people would fix their cats, it ticks me off!

My neighbor's won't get their cat fixed and she is already pregnant with her THIRD litter THIS YEAR!

My mom heard that the dad said that "It wasn't his responsibility" OMG its their cat! Do they expect their 8 year old to get the money to fix it when she doesn't even understand why?! They even said that they just want their daughter to have kittens all the time.

Btw... I'm not the only one in this neighborhood who thinks this

Thank god you took them! They would have been dead in no time!

You are such a great person. Thanks! Im sure momma and her babies will give you lots of thanks as you watch them grow and thrive!

I dont see it as stealing. I see it as saving them from abuse, neglect, and a certain death. GOOD FOR YOU!

If you really wanted to know

- What you have done ( knowingly taking another’s property against their expressed wishes) IS stealing (and near the exact definition of it). You can rationalize it all you want but it is what it is.

Just so I have this straight- You went over to your aunt’s neighbor and pretty much asked him if you could have his cat and kittens, he said no, then you took them anyway (ignoring all of the many proper channels for dealing with animal abuse) because YOU thought it was RIGHT, then you have the nerve to brag about stealing his property online and wish to be applauded for it.

Funny that some people want the law to be respected and abhor vigilantism unless it suits their purpose.

You yourself are not the arbiter of what is good and just in this world. You should return your aunt’s neighbor’s cat and let him give you the kittens (as agreed) if he still wishes.

I have seen pictures of kittens before - show pics when they actually belong to you.

I am pretty sure you are wrong. At least where I have lived, if your animal is wandering freely with no identification, it is a stray. Even though she knew the owner of the cats, unless I mis-read, she took the cats from her Aunt's home. Unless the laws are very different where she lives, these cats were basically fair game to anyone or anything that wanted them.

I know I'm not the only one to have done this, and you know what, I wouldnt take it back, I would do it again.
Right or wrong, I saved the kittens and their moms lives.
There is no animal control here, so there is no one to call and ask for help or to turn them in to.
I wasnt about to stand back and watch the mom and kittens strave to death or get hit by a car.

I asked about the mom, he said no that his wife wants them, but I could have the kittens when they found them. The kittens were across the street at my aunts house, which is where the mom cat and her older kitten are everyday. They probly wont even miss the cat, they dont feed it or even notice it when it is around.

Once the kittens are weaned, the momma will be spayed and when the kittens are old enough they will be fixed too.

I'll take pictures tomorrow, I promise
