Poorly chicken please advice

Hi I have a chicken that started with a grasping cough.....took to vet and treated with 5 days antibiotic....said upper respiratory....i also bought working pellets on line for tapeworm and damatous earth she did eat. She is no better and head raised where she gasping for breathe. I noticed that two swollen pockets near her head part under her wings....please does anyone know to help her and what i should do. Her abdomen is not swollen so no fluid there. She does still eat and drink little
