Poorly hen

A friends hen has suddenly had very runny poops, she is acting a little slower than usual. She’s eating but not huge amounts, he’s checked for an impacted crop and bathed her to see if she’s egg bound. What could this be?

looks a little like vent gleet. one of my hens had it. i washed her in some warm epsom salt and water.
