[Homestead Creations]

We have been keeping Chickens for about four years. Our goal is to provide all of their food from the homestead. Right now, it is Black Soldier Fly Larvae, Earthworms, Greens from the garden, some table scraps (Soldier Fly Larvae compete for the table scraps) and store bought food as backup. One thing I have noticed is that with the live larvae and worms and the fresh greens, our chickens drink a lot less water.

We are glad to have found this forum- let's share some ideas.
