I was just looking at this breed yesterday! I love them their so cute! I've thought about Pyncheons for a 2nd show breed to start on. What do you think? I'd love to help the breed out by breeding them.
 
Heres a bunch of young pullets and i believe 3 cockerels we have in the grow-out brooder right now, will be hatching some more Millie's in the spring..They remind me of Lil alien chickens with there crests..lol

Yup that is true, if free ranging they have a better chance of seeing incoming preds from above, however we don't let ours free range but are one friend who has some does allow his to free range, they sure are Lil diggers and always on watch for trouble. lol
